If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price.
- Product must be in original condition and unused with all tags, including Brilliant Body paper hangtag, still attached.
- Return must be made in the original box, or box of similar size, in its original packaging.
- Return must be made with a Return Authorization (RA) number and within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact customer service, CustomerService@BeBrilliantBags.com to receive RA number and proper shipping instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers your refund will be processed and a credit (minus a $15.00 restocking fee) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 – 10 business days. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
